About Us
PC Problems was founded in 1989 by Madison resident, Carmen DeRosa, and has been providing computer and network services to our community for over 30 years.
PC Problems has become the backbone support for hundreds of homes and businesses, offering all IT services and solutions. From carry-in personal computer repair to full business network management, PC Problems has the knowledge and experience to guide you through all your technical needs.
Madison Electronic Recycling Services
We offer free Electronic Recycling for Madison residents. If requested, we will remove your hard drive before your computer is recycled and return it to you at no charge.
We do not accept tube TV’s or tube CRT monitors. These two items can be recycled at the Madison Recycling Center on John Ave on Tuesday and Friday from 9:30am – 11:30am.
