$100 Same Day Emergency Service Fee (plus on-site or carry-in hourly rates)
$80 Travel Fee - Outside 15 miles of Madison, NJ.
$120 To-The-Door - Minimum charge for any on-site job even if completed within 10 min. or customer no show.

Managed Workstation $40 per month, per workstation
Managed Server $75 per month, per server
On-Site Service $80 per on-site hour when/if needed

3rd Party Remote Desktop Support $40 per hour, min 1 hr, then billed to 1/2 hr.

Carry-In Rates of Services:

Our Carry-In Service Rate is $100/hr.

We've created a general estimated total before we call you:
Most jobs take 1-2 hours to complete.
The maximum amount of time we would spend on any repair would be 3 hours / $300.
You are never charged over three hours - unless you approve it.

If you need parts (varied in price) we would go to a maximum of $100 - unless you approve it.

Estimated Minimum Total Labor (no parts) = $100
Estimated Maximum Total Parts plus Maximum Labor = $400

Minimum fee / Diagnostics charge $100.
