PC Problems, LLC is proud to announce the introduction of Dell and Lenovo IBM computers to our line of products we currently offer our clients.  We now offer two ways to purchase a computer from us;

1. DELL or Lenovo/IBM COMPUTER SYSTEMS: Give us some information and we'll generate the quote for you.  Our prices are sometimes less or equal to what you will buy it for direct.

What do you gain?  Our expert advice in the purchase process and a company to rely on when you need assistance.

2. OUR Complete Line of Custom Built Desktops and Laptops: Use our online computer customization builder and build your own computer, server or laptop.  All of our computers are built with NAME BRAND components like Intel, Seagate, Western Digital, Creative Labs, Windows XP  or Windows 7 and more...

What is the difference?  Dell and Lenovo/IBM warranties their product, we warranty our product.

Typical Service Routines:

1. Dell or Lenovo/IBM Computer Systems: Call for support: speak to 1st Level Support, you will spend about 1-2 hours on the phone, hopefully they will resolve the problem.  If not, you will be upgraded to 2nd level support and spend another 1-2 hours on the phone.  Hopefully 2nd level support will fix the problem, if not they will dispatch a technician on-site.  Scheduled within 24-48 hours.  You can always call us but our regular service rates will apply.

2. Our Computer Systems: Call us 973-377-7711, we will use a remote support tool to control your computer and try to fix the problem from our office.  If we cannot fix it remotely within 30 min, we will dispatch a technician same day or 1st thing the following day.  No need for you to do anything.  We do not keep you on the phone for hours. (we know how you feel).
