If you live outside our service area and would like us to repair your computer, just follow these steps:

Drop off your computer to any shipping service like UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL etc.
No cables, keyboard, mouse or monitor needed - "Just the Box"

Shipping costs are usually around $30 depending on size and weight of your computer. We'll pay for the return shipping!
Have them pack your computer professionally or have it boxed and ready.

Our labor rate is $75/hr. plus parts when needed.

Customers will be called with an estimate if:

Labor exceeds $225 (three hour limit)
Parts exceed $100
Total: $325 (estimated maximum repair cost)

Labor Estimate:
Most jobs take 1-2 hours $75-$150 to complete. The $225 is just a maximum if the job requires many hours to fix. You may limit the amount in your description and we'll call you with an exact estimate before starting the job.

Parts Estimate:
If your computer requires parts, we'll install what is needed up to $100 before calling - unless indicated in the description above. If a part exceeds $100 we will call you for approval before installing it.

We feel that if a repair costs less than $325 it's worth fixing. If it exceeds $325 you'd be better off purchasing a new computer. We try hard to keep the repair costs down and provide you with great service.

Customers are responsible to backup all data before repairs are performed.

PC Problems, LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, shipping charges or shipping damages. We always do our best to save all data, even if we have to re-format your hard drive and start all over. If your hard drive is "readable" we WILL ALWAYS save all data.
