Remote Support response within 24 hours @ $160 per computer / per hour

Remote Support response within 72 hours @ $100 per computer / per hour

All Remote Support will be performed by one of the technicians employed by PC Problems.

We will start a chat session or call you before remote support starts.

We do not charge if we cannot solve your PC Problem!
