Step 2 of 3 - Remote Agent Installation

You MUST fill in the below information and click "Proceed"

Next you need to install our remote support agent software.
Once installed we will be able to access your computer remotely.

If you are not on the computer we will be controlling,
write this link down and type it into a browser
on the computer we will be controlling.

Go to:
http://www.pcproblems.com/remotesupport.exe

When promoted, select RUN, RUN.

If your firewall application prompts you to "Allow" or "Deny"
please select "Allow" or whatever positive response you are given.

The installation will run silently,
when it's finished you will see a green circular icon
located in the bottom right corner (next to the computer time)

You MUST fill in the below information and click "Proceed"

Hover the mouse over the green circular icon located
 at the bottom right corner of your Windows Desktop
and type the name you see here:

Confirm Type of Support:
