* Service as Needed: Call us when it breaks and we'll fix it, your downtime may be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the situation.  You may or may not have backups because no one is checking.  This concept is for a company or individual who just browses the web, uses computers for fun, doesn't store or create pictures, music, documents and has no financial data on the computer.  This plan doesn't protect you from data loss due to fire, flood or theft.

* Blue/Server Only: Workstations are not covered in our management system but are included when on-site service is needed.  Remote Support is included for the server at no extra charge.  Remote Support for workstations not covered in the contract is $75 per session if requested or needed.

* Green / Selected Systems: You must have at least one server and four workstations enrolled to qualify for this plan.  Remote Support is included for all enrolled machines.  Remote Support for workstations not covered in the contract is $75 per session if requested or needed.

* Gold / All Systems: Everything is included with this plan - best value.

* Antivirus / Antispyware: License is $25 per year per machine.
