* Service as Needed: Call us when it breaks and we'll fix it, your downtime may be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the situation.  You may or may not have backups because no one is checking.  This concept is for a company or individual who just browses the web, uses computers for fun, doesn't store or create pictures, music, documents and has no financial data on the computer.  This plan doesn't protect you from data loss due to fire, flood or theft.

* Blue/Server Only: Workstations are not covered in our management system but are included when on-site service is needed.  Remote Support is included for the server at no extra charge.  Remote Support for workstations not covered in the contract is $100/160 per session if requested or needed.  See notes below about Remote Support fees for workstations.

* Green / Selected Systems: You must have at least one server and four workstations enrolled to qualify for this plan.  Remote Support is included for all enrolled machines.  Remote Support for workstations not covered in the contract is $100/$160 per session if requested or needed.  See notes below about Remote Support fees for workstations.

* Gold / All Systems: Everything is included with this plan - best value.

* 1 Computer:  This plan is for a single computer enrolled in our HelpDesk services.

* 2 Computers: This plan is for two computers enrolled in our HelpDesk services. 

* 3 Computers: This plan is for Three computers enrolled in our HelpDesk services.

* Carry-in: We have a full service center at 50 Main Street, Madison.  Just disconnect your tower (no cables or accessories like keyboard, mouse, monitor etc. are needed) or drop off your laptop (power cable needed) and we'll repair your computer within 3-5 days, most of the time within 1-2 days.

* Antivirus / Antispyware: License is $25 per year per machine on contract

* Remote Support: We offer remote support for computers not covered under a contract.  You may use this service as needed.  The cost is $100 for 72 hour response, per hour, per incident or for faster same day remote service we charge $160 for 24 hour response, per hour, per incident.  If a checkmark is in the column of service above, that means we offer unlimited remote support.
